To those that are inexperienced in purchasing or selling the family’s most valuable asset; your home, care should be taken to find a reliable and effective realtor.
In finding a home, it is necessary to find someone that will listen and understand your needs and protect your interests. In selling a home it is necessary to find someone that is not only going to make the “product” ready for sale, but also make the “market” for your unique offering available to interested buyers and protect your interests at all times.
Not all realtors are created equal. They all pass the exam, but they don’t necessarily have the complete knowledge and experience. It is important to have a realtor that is going to communicate, market and close your transaction.
Beware of discount offerings that promise results but offer nothing but market stigma on your property. Look for an effective marketing plan and orderly dispatch of the plan. If all you need is an order taker to fill in an interim agreement, then discount real estate services may be effective, but beware of hidden costs and the cost of lost opportunities that may not be apparent when the promises are being made.

We can’t even find one word that sums up our experience with your service in selling our property. Professionalism and integrity only scratches the surface as you went way above and beyond what we’ve expected. Aside from being passionate about selling our house you’re also passionate about your clients which we were extremely impressed. Thank you for taking our dog when it was necessary such as showings and house inspection. This was not discussed but you took it on. With your marketing strategy in creating an exciting open house we were amazed at how many people turned up considering we were in month of August where most buyers and realtors are on vacation.
