- Susan's education entailed a 5 year comprehensive professional business degree, majoring in Urban Land Economics, which included the study of urban and real estate economics, valuation analysis, appraisal, finance, land-law and urban planning.
- A successful entrepreneur, specializing in the startups, acting in the roles of Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Director of private and public companies,
- Conceptualized and bought ideas to fruition, by developing successful businesses strategies, a very successful local Italian restaurant in 1983, several Tele-Communication & Internet companies in the 1990's, and an Internet related company currently trading on the TSE Venture Exchange,
- Developed experience, competence and skills in marketing, negotiation, finance, business management and administration.
